RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your timely return. cynthiagale.com will accept items for exchange or credit within 21 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must include original Cynthia Gale packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items are non-returnable. No returns on custom sized bracelets.
Returns and exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. Shipping and processing charges on returned items will not be refunded.Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
All returns/claims require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To claim yours, contact our Customer Service department at 1-212-481-1845 or follow these simple steps:
1- Send an email to email@example.com.
2- Indicate your name, order # and phone number
3- Wait for your Return Authorization ( RA ) number, sent via email
4- Please include a copy of your RA inside the package and make sure the RA Number is written clearly on the outside of the package.
Please Note: For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier ( i.e, FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post ) and retain your receipt. Cynthia Gale is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
