RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your timely return.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days of purchase.

Merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, and accompanied by original Cynthia Gale New York™ packaging and tags.

Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Sale items and custom-sized bracelets are final sale and non-returnable.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
International Customers:
Please select bracelet, necklace, and ring sizes carefully. Sizing guides are linked on each product page. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to size exchanges.
Process:
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Email info@cynthiagale.com with your name, order number, and phone number.

You will receive your RA number by email.

Include a copy of the RA inside the package and clearly mark the RA number on the outside.

Ship your item via insured courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) and retain proof of shipment.
Please note: Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.
Once issued, CGNY Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 14 Days.
SHIPPING POLICY

Free USPS First Class Shipping on all U.S. orders.

Expedited options (Two-Day, Three-Day, Overnight) refer to delivery time only, not order processing. Most orders ship within one business day, but some may take longer.

UPS delivers Monday–Friday, business hours only (no weekends).

UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to adjusted rates.
International Shipping:

Additional shipping charges, duties, and taxes may apply.

Cynthia Gale New York™ does not collect VAT/duties for international orders. The purchaser is regarded as the importer and is responsible for complying with local customs laws and paying applicable duties or taxes.
LOST PACKAGE POLICY
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. Please follow these steps:

Search the Delivery Area

Check porches, side doors, garages, or with neighbors.

If you live in an apartment/condo, check with building management.

Contact USPS/Carrier

Visit your local post office or carrier location with your tracking number.

USPS can often confirm delivery location by GPS scan.

File a Missing Mail Search: MissingMail.USPS.com.

If your package is still not located, email us at info@cynthiagale.com.

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note that insurance and reimbursement are subject to carrier approval.

Important: Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Cynthia Gale New York™ cannot be held responsible for theft or misplacement at the delivery address.
REPAIR POLICY
CGNY jewelry is designed in New York and hand-crafted by our talented team of sterling silver jewelry artisans in Bali, Indonesia. Consequently, we do not offer in-house sterling silver jewelry repair services. We will replace CGNY jewelry received by customers which is defective due to a production or design flaw within 21 days of Order Placement, free of charge. Please note the following materials for which Repairs are possible:
Repair Services on select CGNY Bracelet/Necklace styles:
Woven Leather Bracelets and Necklaces — Woven Leather replacement is available for a flat fee of $40.
Cloth Rope Bracelets — Cloth Rope replacement is available for a flat fee of $40. Cloth Rope colors may vary according to availability.
Repair Process:
Email info@cynthiagale.com — Include your name, purchase order number, phone number, and a description of the issue.
Return Authorization Number and Shipping Instructions — We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number to help ensure a smooth Repair Process and shipping instructions.
Include RA # and Reconfirmation — Write the Return Authorization number clearly on the outside of the package. Also, include your RA on a note inside the package reconfirming Repair Instructions.
GIFT CERTIFICATE & PROMOCODE POLICY

Cynthia Gale New York™ Promocodes: one-time use only, per customer.
