Introducing: The Wanderlust Collection

As wanderlust continues to make its way into our everyday vernacular, our desire for world travel has increased exponentially. There is a fire spreading that urges people to see, experience and feel things associated with the unknown and the new. It’s about experiencing those picturesque places previously only seen on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest – because let’s face it, that’s where we go to quench our immediate need to get away.

Wanderlust comes in various forms and people have found different ways of expressing them. Designer Cynthia Gale expresses her travel itch in sterling silver, leather and enamel!  The Cynthia Gale New York Wanderlust Unisex Leather Bracelet Collection is created for the traveler buried deep within all of us. The bracelet designs feature compass, ocean, mountain and sun motifs in sterling silver.  Each design motif is complimented with a unique corresponding travel proverb etched artfully into sterling silver   including;

The Compass-  “Not all who wander are lost”
The Ocean-  “Smooth seas don’t make skillful sailors”
The Mountain-  “Gather dust to build a mountain”
The Sun-  “Face the sun and the shadow will fall behind you”

In addition to sterling silver, the bracelets are constructed using rich, woven black leather and some styles are embellished with colorful enamel.  The collection consists of 4 motifs and features a unique, sliding closure mechanism.  Available in two sizes, wear one as a statement piece or stack them – let your sense of adventure inspire you!

Ernest Hemingway once said, “It is good to have an end to journey toward;  but it is the journey that matters, in the end.” The Wanderlust Bracelet Collection has been on a journey already-  from skilled Indonesian artisans working in fair and safe conditions to the vertical landscape of NYC - a journey longer than most people have travelled in their entire lifetime. NYC isn’t the final destination of these bracelets – it’s the journey you decide to take them on-  Carpe Diem!
