All Cynthia Gale products involve handmade elements in the production process. As a result, ring measurements may differ slightly from one item to another. Each ring is sized according to its unique design features. For example, some rings are designed to fit more tightly while others will have a looser fit.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your timely return. cynthiagale.com will accept items for exchange or refund within 21 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must include original Cynthia Gale packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items are non-returnable. No returns on custom sized bracelets.
Returns and exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. Shipping and processing charges on returned items will not be refunded.Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

4- Please include a copy of your RA inside the package and make sure the RA Number is written clearly on the outside of the package.
Please Note: For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier ( i.e, FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post ) and retain your receipt. Cynthia Gale is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
